Questions we have already answered
Each of these is checked against the carrier’s own published page, with their wording quoted on it.
- What does Amazon Shipping "AddressNotFound" mean? The address was missing or incorrect, so the shipment is already returning to the seller.
- What does DHL Express "Awaiting Collection by Consignee" mean? DHL is holding the shipment for you to collect in person.
- What does FedEx "Delivered" mean? FedEx has recorded the package as delivered.
- What does Landmark Global "Delivery Failed" mean? The delivery failed, and Landmark records a refusal by the recipient as one cause.
- What does OnTrac "Delivered" mean? OnTrac has recorded the package as delivered.
- What does Passport Global "Address issue" mean? The delivery address needs correcting before the package can move.
How we handle carrier rules
Carrier limits and dimensional weight divisors change, and a stale number presented confidently is worse than no number. So every carrier-dependent answer on this site tells you which ruleset it used, when that rule was last checked, and links to the official source.
All 17 rules in our 2026-08-30 snapshot have now been checked against the carrier’s own published page, and each one records the sentence it came from. None has been reviewed by a person, and every result says which of those two things it is rather than blurring them.
Where a carrier publishes nothing, the tools still tell you they cannot answer rather than filling in a plausible figure.
