Carrier size comparison

Measure once and see every carrier at the same time. This checks your package against every service we hold size rules for and shows which accept it.

Your package

Measure the outside of the package as packed, including any bulge. Carriers measure what arrives, not the flat carton.

What this compares

Every service we hold size rules for, checked against the same package: the weight maximum, the length plus girth maximum, and, where a rule exists, the longest side. A dash means we hold no rule for that measurement on that service, which is reported rather than treated as a pass.

Worked example

A 12 × 10 × 8 in box weighing 100 lb.

Common questions

Which carrier accepts the largest packages?
Of the services we hold rules for, UPS domestic has the highest caps at 150 lb and 165 in of length plus girth. FedEx Ground matches it on size.
Why do some rows show a dash?
Because we hold no rule for that measurement on that service. We would rather tell you we did not check than imply it passed.
Does this tell me which is cheapest?
No. We do not quote prices. It tells you which will accept the package, which is the question you have to answer first.
