Tell the fox something is wrong
Corrections are genuinely useful here, and the most valuable ones are cases where a carrier behaved differently from what a page says.
Reporting:
Open an email with the details filled in
That opens your own mail app with a template. If it does not, write to [email protected] directly.
What makes a report useful
Three things, and only the last is hard:
- Which page, and which carrier and status it was about.
- What actually happened, or what the carrier told you.
- Anything that lets us check it — a link to the carrier’s own page is the single most useful thing you can send, because it is what we would go looking for anyway.
Please leave your tracking number out
We do not need it. A wrong explanation is wrong for everyone who reads it, not just for your parcel, so the fix never depends on your specific shipment. The decoder already strips tracking numbers out of anything you paste into it, and the email template above deliberately does not ask for one.
What happens next
A person reads it. There is no ticket system, no automated reply, and no promise of a response time — this is a small independent site. If a correction lands, the page changes and the date on Sources & method moves with it.
Things this is not for
- Your specific parcel. We have no access to any carrier’s systems and cannot look anything up. The carrier is the only one who can tell you where your package is.
- Anything urgent. If a deadline is running — a hold period, a claim window — contact the carrier, not us.
We do not collect anything on this page. It builds an email in your own mail app; nothing reaches us until you press send. See Privacy.
